Metromix have been contracted by Toyota to supply & export Sand from our Anna Bay Quarry to both Japan & Thailand. The sand is used in a foundry in the manufacturing of cast iron products in Toyota Vehicles. Annual shipments range from 5,000-10,000+ tonnes. The ships are loaded at the Newcastle port
The relationship between Toyota and Metromix goes back to as far as the 1970’s.
