Getting it out of the ground is only a part of what we do. The next and often most critical element of our order fulfillment process is the actual delivery of aggregates, concrete and manufactured concrete products.
Metromix has extensive delivery capabilities with trucks of various sizes which allow us to deliver to areas of varying difficulty.
As well as servicing our concrete plants and quarry customers, our vehicles are also available for haulage services and product sourcing.
Many of our drivers have been with us for over 20 years, some with up to 35 years of truck driving experience – we employ the best!
Our trucks are fitted with GPS tracking devices to ensure efficiency on delivery and all of our drivers are fatigued monitored to ensure they are in peak form when delivering your order.
In 2010 our Transport division won the CCAA (Cement Concretes and Aggregates Australia) award for OH&S performance for our Fatigue Management processes.
